What Are Your Order Pick-up Times For Local Pick-up?
Once your order is placed, please wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
You will also receive a text from me to set up a day/time for pick up.
Please keep in mind, local order pick-ups are ONLY available Monday-Friday during our business hours. If you have any questions regarding pick-ups, please contact us via email or text (360-518-6149)
What Are Your Order Processing & Shipping Times?
All orders placed on dreamlashstudio.us are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and shipped within 3-10 business days (Excluding major holidays and weekends)
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship and 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed during holidays or sale periods may experience delays.
We DO NOT ship/process orders on weekends.
Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
We currently do not offer international shipping (but hopefully soon!)
Before placing your order, please make sure that all order information such as shipping address, purchase items, and payment information is correct.
Dream Lash Studio is not responsible for any shipment issues such as invalid address and/or lost/damaged packages after the order has shipped.
If an order were to face any of these situations, please contact your local USPS, UPS, or other post offices.
What If I Received Damaged/Deficient Products?
All goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in sellable condition before they are shipped to our customers.
If the customer finds that a good is faulty or damaged ("Deficient Product"), the customer must NOTIFY us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to resolve this issue.
What If I Received Wrong or Missing Item(s) In My Package?
If you are missing or received a wrong item in your package, please contact us.
What If I Entered The Wrong Email or Shipping Address?
We are only able to change your shipping address if it has not been shipped out yet.
If you entered the wrong email or shipping address at checkout, please contact us ASAP providing the following:
-Full Name
-Order number (or full order amount)
-Correct email address
-Correct shipping address.
Can You Change or Cancel My Order?
Once you place an order, we are not able to make any changes or add to your order other than change the email or shipping address (before it is shipped.)
We are only able to cancel 'Pending' orders (not processed)
Processed orders CANNOT be cancelled.
Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We do not accept exchanges.
If You Are Not Completely Satisfied With Your Purchase, You May Return It To Us Within 14 Days Of Your Delivery Date. Goods Must Be Unopened, Unused And In Their Original Purchase Condition With Original Packaging.
All Sale Items And Items Purchased During Promotional Periods Are Final Sale And Ineligible For Returns.
